Dunno if it was the ACV or cutting down cheese or 23 hour fast or 14g carbs or aiming for 1000 Cals???!!!

So I will just repeat all of the above today 😎

Delighted that's it's finally showing on the scales!

Realised as I got undressed last night that I no longer have an overhanging belly apron when I'm standing up !! # nonscale victory

So, I'll be realistic but determined and not reset my target weight yet ( I said I'd re-evaluate with a month to go,but have finally, finally started to drop😀😀)
