So i thought i try having a can of coke the other day, and well I definitely won't be having that stuff again. After the first couple of sips my stomach bloated and it was making gurgling noises. Its nice to know that i have offically turned myself off coke.

Still struggling to lose weight. but i guess 2 kilos is bettewr than nothing.
