today is a REST day for me...all the week i work out ...average of 30 mins speed walk in treadmill, lift dumbells...do stretches...and some rope exercises...feeling quite guilty for chossing one day rest!!!

You had a good loss. You shouldn't feel guilty for having a rest day, your body needs the rest. Just because you have a rest day, doesn't mean you have to sit on the couch and do nothing. You can still take a nice walk, or do things at home, or even do a stretch session, you just don't have to do a hard workout. Give those muscles a chance to recover. You are doing great!!

oh thanks mars2kids....i mean " rest" is off from my workout room..however my day was much active..with my 2 kids...and home and 8 hours office work..:)
