Down one pound this week. Well, technically I'm down three pounds from being sick as a dog, and then gained two back as I started to actually eat food again. It's not been a fun week. Ug. But I think (hope) I'm finally on the mend! I'm a professor and this is also the first week of classes so it's been all I can muster to maintain some kind of composure during class so my 60 or so students don't think I'm a complete freak.

It's 9:30 PM and I think I'm going to bed.

Herbie, this week I have been working on a presentation that I have to do in front of my professors and classmates, and I am so scared!! I now have a deep respect of what professors have to do every lecture. Hope you feel stronger soon!
