Diario de Earthlady, 17 mar. 12

Strange to see a gain, I've been doing really well, staying within RDI, walking loads and keeping up the yoga challenge.

It may be water, constipation or both but it's a bit disappointing to see a gain of 800gr in two days when I was honestly expectly steady or a small loss.

The only consolation is I'm pretty sure it can't be a fat gain, just a blip. The tape measure looks OK - I do wish I'd noted my measurements back at the start in December :)
58 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4 kg.    Aún para ir: 1 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
