Well vacation over + 6 lbs. today is a new day. Back to the beginning!
93,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Today we spent Fathers Day at the beach. I did good today... until now. I made an omelette w/ cheese and black beans and sour cream. Very good. Black beans make all the difference ( I don't like eggs). And I had a small garden salad w/ fish nuggets instead of a sandwich on brioche or pretzel bread, at the beach bar, which is really want I wanted. So all in all , I did better today but could've done better. It's 5:30 pm, I'll try and stay to plan now that I've had my sugar fix 😒
