I went home for 3 weeks, and ate everything my Mom could take off the stove. I gained 10 lbs by Jan 2nd (up to 158lbs), and decided to eat healthy again starting Friday. Now I am down to 151, and suspect that a lot of those 7lbs I lost was just food I'd eaten before weighing myself at 158.
Today, I had a very good back workout - one in which I felt a strong muscle pump, lifted weights heavier than usual (all that carb loading over the break), and ended up exhausted.
As far as food goes, I've decided to shock my body this past weekend through tomorrow by substituting a lot of meals with just a protein shake with water. It's obviously working, but tomorrow I'm back on my vegetable, protein, and legumes diet 3 times a day + 2 protein shakes. Along with a multivitamin, I'll be set.
