Hi Wendy, I know it is hard, I am starting again today also. Have you tried this food diary? we get complacent and go back to our old habits, I know, been there and done that over and over.. find the diet that will work for you for all time. I am going to try a 3 month challenge, prove to myself that I can do it, I need to stop making excuses. After three months we should be in a habit. I have noticed that if I am off sugar and wheat for a while, instead of finding options, I may have a sweet...welllllll worst thing I can do for myself as then it starts all over again. Did you know that sugar is more addictive than cigarettes? That is saying something, don't be too hard on yourself.
