5 mornings at the same weight. ducks in a row. My bosses son observed today that I have a diet pop after lunch every day. He asked if it was a requirement of my diet. :)

Pop is actually a Canadian thing. Soda is virtually unheard of hear, to the point that if I used the term, I would likely get a 'what?' which is the Canadian equivalent of 'huh?' :D

In the USA, "pop" is limited to states in the upper Midwest, like Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. The rest of the country refers to carbonated drinks as "soda."
