So going up is not an option. I am kicking up NOW. I am going to commit to a work out routine and eat a better diet. I think I do quite well with that mostly however I have been guilty of cake, Timbits and other treats as of late with my family. NO MORE! I saw a photo of me yesterday with small clothes on and I miss me at that trim size. It's been there before and I am going to be there again.
