Happy New Year! It's been a few weeks since I've been to the site. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! As for me, it was great! It's always nice to be around family during the holidays...... I haven't really been following my diet from Christmas til yesterday, but today is a new day, and I'm back on track!!! I only gained 3 pounds, so I didn't do too bad! I worked out every morning, and I also worked out in the evening after work, if I wasn't too tired. My intentions are to lose 45 more pounds by May 31st. I believe I can do it, and I will!!! Have a wonderful day!!!!
