Went for a run yesterday - legs felt like lead and it was hard - went to the gym to do some strength training - decided I need to try to do that twice a week if I can to see if that might help. On a lighter note, I am going to look at a house today! Yay! Excited and nervous - a little more expensive than I was hoping but it's practically next door to my brother on a cul-de-sac so I'm hoping I can manage it. I've seen pictures and think its just what I'm looking for...
