Well I got quite the surprise this morning! The scale was down 4 lbs! 😮After the last couple days of being "off" the plan, I was afraid it would start creeping up. It's not like I was eating cake the last 3 days but at some point you start to panic over everything that might have sugar. Yay me 💃🏼 

It's 8:15 pm. I spent the day at the beach. Packed a good snack and then had a good lunch of grouper at a local beach bar. There are days in Florida, like today, it's actually a nice beach day. Very soon it will be too hot!! Hopefully tomorrow morning my strip will be back in the pink . Funny how u can live life according to a strip.
