I know I shouldn't weigh everyday and going up 0.1 lbs is pretty much nothing, but I'm glad to confirm that the Jack & Diet Coke I had last night does not need to be consumed too often.
Actually, considering I went out with friends last night, it could have been so much worse. I'm happy with where I fell today!
