Well, even though I'm not doing well, I haven't gained as much as I thought I might have over the holidays. I've been above 200 pounds since this fall, and I looked at my calendar today and saw that I was 209 in mid-October. So here it is, 2.5 months later, and AFTER the holiday, and I'm at 214. I think I was 212 before Christmas. So although I didn't gain much due to holiday eating, I still have so much to lose. . .
I started to get back on track today. I didn't eat any bread or crackers at all. I did have some candy, though. . . not a lot, but haven't gone cold turkey on the chocolate. I drank a bunch of water today, and ate veggies for lunch and dinner.
