10st 6.2 lb (2.5 on at WW but just scraped in under max goal leeway so got my 5th year Gold anniversary star! First time ever putting on 2.5 lb has earned me a well done!) Fat 25.6% Inspired by my luck at getting my 5th star and disgust at the tightness of everything, I've been good since Mon, back on WW. Some trepidation this morning after a partial week, since what happened in Jan was I did what I knew and it didn't work, and that rather crushed me. I'm used to it sometimes taking the odd week or so to come out in the wash but when it didn't I was badly thrown. So I was very pleased this morning with a loss. Planning, tracking and attending/weighing make all the difference. I still feel massively uncomfortable in everything but encouraged to continue. I'm away Friday in Bath to meet a favorite author, and I typically associate Bath with quite a lot of indulgence so that's going to be a challenge! Hol to Romania booked for Aug, should be hot so I'm aiming to be in significantly better shape by then. Shame I've blown it for geekfest but maybe I'll do sthg fab next year and in the meantime just hope GOTG tee arrives in time and not hideous on!
