April 21: Trying to remain positive...knowing I have started doing the planks which is working on the core muscles...although just a beginner I know they are working, I can feel it as the muscles pull and tighten after I get up....soooo...knowing I gained 2.2 lbs again, I'm believing it is the muscle. I am watching my calorie intake...and trying to balance my protein, carbs and fat...not going to get discouraged. My husband also gained 3 lbs over night. He did his first plank yesterday.
