First time with the way in under 120 before any exercise pretty exciting yesterday I was able to get to workouts in and lately I have been having a quest bar for dessert instead of the usual arctic 0 pint with tons of people to also have not had Cool Whip on my coffee for over a month now maybe that's all working out
