I ate fairly well yesterday, I drank alot of fluids. No exercise, not feeling up to it. Todays weight is the lowest I have been for weeks so I am happy. I think I would have seen more of a loss if it wasn't for all the OJ I guzzled yesterday! I need to kick this cold because my daughters 1st Birthday is this Saturday and we are having her party. That in itself will be an eating challenge. Salad for me!

85,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,8 kg. Aún para ir: 12,6 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Yay!! Happy Birthday to her!! My son will be one on Jan 8th. It has absolutely flown by!! Is she walking yet? My son is not. He looks like he is going to take off any day now, but not yet!

My 2 year old daughter had the most miserable cold over the weekend and my boss (he's a physician) recommended Zicam nose swabs that are over the counter. They really made her feel better fast. Just thought I would let you know! :)
