I took some cruel but truthful pictures of me. It was a shock, I must say. I knew I needed to lose weight, but it wasn't good seeing it like that. How long have you been doing it this time? I suspect 3 days. Well, if that's the case, you know the first 4 days or so can be hard, but with good losses :) So, stick with it. You, like me, decided to try again and that is great. Great to feel a purpose, a direction. I hope you stick to it, it isn't always easy, but its worth it. Best wishes x
