Hey Coach! Been there, done that! I'm glad you joined my Challenge and hopefully I can provide you some tools and steps to end the trend! I finally lost my 50 lbs and have kept it off and now more fit then coming out of Army boot camp 25 years ago. So yes, I'm an old fart and if I can do it....any one can!! You just need to find your why, and then make it a lifestyle choice to do this! Don't think in short term diets or you will just set yourself up for failure. Let me know if I can help!
