Today is my cheat day and its also my last day of having sugar. I threw out all candies, gum and sodas. Even though I was eating healthy there were those times I would have a cookie or some chocolate. I remember when I was at my healthiest and I didn't have any craving and the only sugar was from fruits. I would like to go back to that time. I am fine with my weight but I'm just not feeling that good with myself emotionally. It's hard to describe but I feel like I have no energy and I'm grumpy most of the time. When I look back when I was vegan I was full of energy and evening cleaning or working was fun because I was energized. Know I just feel blah. So I decided to through our all proceed foods and try to eat more healthy. I won't go vegan again because I did lack a lot of vitamins and proteins at that time. This is not about losing weight but eating healthy. I'm thinking about the keto diet.

New Goal: eat meat, vegetables and fruits. No proceed sugar.
