Alright i'm home from the hospital. Got relesed this morning. Leg's doing mmuch better. But due to the Steroids they were giving me. The part where I couldn't walk at all and the very "tasty" :p hospital food they had me on I gained 6 lbs : ( but i'm home now and i'm back on track. Not even a darn hospital stay could stop me!

Thanks you guys I really appriciate all the high spirits you're sending my way. It sure does help a whole lot knowing there are people out there that understand what i'm going through (kinda) lol and are willing to help me push back into the swing of things. I checked my ketons today and didn't even had a trace. So i'm hoping by tomorrow or the next i'll at least be in the trace zone. And those damn steriods I have to keep taking for a while and I probably wont lose anything for a couple weeks or so but i'm gonna stay on track with atkins 'cause I don't wanna fall into bad habits. Once again thanks you guys. You're the best!

I hear your pain, good for you for the positive attitude. Steroids are a bitch honey, and can cause the weight gain alone with the hospital food.
