i lost some weight for watching my diet :)
i got to like 44.5kg yesterday b/c i had thrown up on Sun. for taking this hyperthyroid medicine or something... that sucked.. and then i got really hungry the second day and gained the weight back (that's actually good~~)
So now i'm a pretty steady 46kg i'm happy with that :D
