Well, I had a couple of days where I was at my sisters and not doing so good, so I actually expected to see an increase on the scale so am pretty pleased that it stayed constant. I am trying running with my dog and am hoping to get in some yoga as well this week. I am doing pretty well keeping my soda intake down to less than one a day, but every now and then I do still have one.
