i need to loose 10 lbs as fast as possible to give myself a comfortable cushion to do the physical for the Army National Guard. I need to weigh 158 for 5'5 and 154 fir 5'4. I am measured at 5' 4 and 3\4 so I hope they consider me tallr than shorter. I am nervous that they wont so I want to get down ti 150 that way either way I am safe. I am undergoing the cabbbage diet this week to clear me out and I also plan to excercise every day to burn as much fat as possible. I pray I have the dedication to really stick to it so I can enlist the last day of february at the latest. Good luck to myself!
