You have no idea how excited I am about this morning's Fatsecret Biggest Loser weigh-in! Not only have I managed to undo the damage from last weekend's Day of Gluttony, I've also managed to lose my target 1.5lbs from both last week and this week!! AND, I'm officially no longer obese, with a BMI of 29.99 - woohoo!!!
You know, I can tell I feel so much better about my weight, because I've started obsessing about other aspects of my appearance now. I have hereditary bags under my eyes, and I've been researching the cost and options for cosmetic surgery to get rid of them... However, I'm still actually only halfway to my weight loss goal, so I need to stay focussed on that for the time being!
Hope everyone else has had a good week and those that struggled a bit with Thankgiving have also managed to get back on track - especially my Black Team mates, of course!! Good luck for this week, when the Christmas festivities begin in earnest...
