134.2, 35.3% body fat, no exercise (but will today). I'm NOT allergic to cats-or anything else for that matter. Went to see a wonderful doc who ruled out a lot of bad stuff (asthma, cat allergy, cancer, etc). He took me off all of the meds the other docs put me on. I've turned the corner and am feeling much, much better. I'll start in exercising again today.

Funny--more than one person has 'looked knowingly' at me and asked--do you think it has anything to do with the way you are eating and exercising? Unbelievable!

Glad to hear you are NOT allergic to cats! Also glad to hear you are feeling better, I am feeling wayyy better than I was this time last week!! Don't you love how people always want to point the finger at the Atkin's diet?!? LOL... too funny! You are maintaining so well, I hope to do that as well when I reach my goal!

Thanks Lori! I totally appreciate it when I am feeling good! I worked out today for the first time--a little weak but it was great.

Good! I decided to NOT exercise today... bad I know but I've been sluggish and still have this nasty cough and congestion so I've been playin' "potato" on the couch all day watching Snapped... ugh, I feel weird now.. I don't like murder shows!!!
