Yesterday was my first Superbowl sober in a very long time - not one drink and I'm super proud of myself, being a server at a pub that's pretty good. Up early to go to orange theory - feel like I'm building some good habits... now for all my hard work to pay off.

I'm really loving it too! The only thing I'm wondering if maybe I have to add some real gym time just to firm up more. I go everyday now. Gets that pesky workout out of the way in no time.
