135.8, 35.6% body fat, no exercise, too easy to go off eating plan when out of 'habit'. May need to have very strict adherence following a 'holiday' to get back my discipline. Today will be better. Another doc appt today--hopefully being tested for cat allergy. 9 year cancer-free check up also today--probably more important but keeping my kitties are currently top of mind :)
