My faith in WebMD has finally being realised, my weight is down to 72.5kg which is a record for me, I cannot recall the last time I have been at that weight.
I repeat, do the study, keep fit, follow WebMD or forget the whole exercise.
Next week I will book into the Doctors for a check up, my problems have been low sodium and high colesterol, I think I may have got these two in check without taking medication, lets see!
