I don't really know where this weight loss came from, I think it's mainly just a random fluctuation and I was lucky to weigh in at the right time. In any case I'm just going to stay focused, eyes on the prize, I WILL make it.

Nice drop - but your goal weight seems very low. Stay healthy and aware of your ED history.
