Diario de Dezandjes, 13 feb. 10

Yesterday was my bday and I think I did great! I stuck within my calorie range where normally I woulda totally blown it! I at a turkey burger on my whole wheat bread with mustard, tomatoe and onion. I had one small piece of peperidge farm coconut cake and only had a few sips of alcohol. I drank my flavored water and had an apple when I wanted a desert. Go me! I did sleep horrible cause i took my multivitamin at 12:30 and was freezing. I think I got like 2-3 hours o sleep. Overall I was happy to see the sticktoitivness paid off for me this morn! yay!
73,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
