I've been staying on the diet, but pushing the calories to the max allowed to lose one or two pounds a month. The time it's going to take to reach my goal keeps moving farther and farther away. A little disappointing, but in the long run it'll be much easier to keep it off. I don't feel deprived, so I won't feel the need to eat everything in sight. I've gotten too heavy a few times over the years and I have to work harder each time to lose it again. On the positive side though it's easier and easier to keep it off as I get older. Last time I stayed at a comfortable weight for 6 or 7 years, so I guess it's worth the extra time and effort to lose the extra weight.
