Thanks for your comments. It has been a long road and when I started quite frankly my resolve was minimal. As I carried on the thought of having to redo weight loss and the fact that I really do not like fasting diets pushed me to become organised as I cannot redo this in this lifetime. Aim is to get healthy and have a good lifestyle. I still have 20 more kilos to loose and for the next 3-4 months it will continue to be a tough road but at least now I can look at more sane food choices than when I started. I will be upping my meals to between 6-7 a day and exercising at least 5 days a week.
