I didn't do well this week. I lost my positive attitude. All of the ups and downs have really frustrated me. Time to get serious but with the holidays quickly approaching it will be difficult. I love stuffing which, the way I make it and my family expects it, is sooooooooooooo fatening. Well, we'll see what happens.

I have the same problem as you. All those ups and downs are frustrating and stuffing is my downfall. I am going to someone elses house for thanksgiving, so i won't be able to pick at it like i always do. I also plan on exercising a lot this week. Maintaining is always a good thing. Good luck!
