Diario de Motivated, 18 nov. 07

Week 6 of 3rd 6 weeks, 133.8, 36.1% body fat, musc mass 81.2, ketones neg, no exercise, still sick. Cough med has sugar in it so even though following atkins, test neg for ketones. Very weak--not eating enough b/c coughing so much. On last day of antibiotic--not working so probably caused by virus and I just have to live this out. Loosing musc mass which I am not happy about but I'll catch up later.

Next time period will be until Dec 31, then will start the new year. I'll switch to maintenance after this week. I didn't know it but your 'bar' turns blue when you get within a pound of goal--so my goal is to stay blue :)
