Had a rough holiday season, with a death in the family, a little bit of falling off the wagon so to speak, but not to bad in the grand scheme of things. So I am back to getting back on track again, trying to stay within portion sizes and watching carbs and blood sugar. I now have another occasion to work toward, my son is getting married in August this year. So I just keep working at it.
