I am feeling good. Found an interesting fact. When I am under pressure or stress I do not lose weight just look at last 3 days. When I am happy it seems to just come-off. So I will keep a strong focus on health and well being as well as reflecting to keep me on track. My aim is that a good lifestyle and eating become habit so I do not have to record and analyse everything. Got some really pure Green Tea not shop stuff which is absolutely legendary.

It's great that you have figured out that stress for you causes the weight not to move. Thats is probably true for me as well, but I never really put two and two together. Thanks for enlightening me.
