I've been exercising (mostly) and really sticking to my healthy diet. Which is why I was scared to step on the scales because if I had gone up or not changed I know I'd feel like shit. Well fortunately I've gone down but I can't feel I've lost the weight. I'm still so podgy and my pants still a struggle to put on. I guess it's not a surprise because when I bought some of my clothes they were tight to begin with. For last couple years I haven't wanted to be realistic about weighing more than I used to and still bought the same sizes I was used to. Well, I haven't given up yet. I decided I just want to get back to my starting weight at the very least.
