9st 10.7lb 24% Fat (2 on at WW but after dinner so not as bad as could have been and def better than Jon's 3.5lb which put him over his limit so we had to pay!) Not an impressive loss, but then again I haven't gotten round to making an impressive effort yet to deserve one! But in the right direction at least. I've been making an effort to keep up with the walking to try and stay on target, esp given that I doubt I'll get close to the daily average when we're in Iceland IN A FORTNIGHT! Can't wait :) Ski trousers still fit - tho such padding on a shortass like me is never gonna be a good look! - so anything I lose before we go is a bonus :)
