Thanks, Steven! Every time I step on the scale, I think of the advice you gave me. I'm reaching a kind of zen state with this now. I've adapted my lifestyle, so I'm patient. Small fluctuations don't matter, as I'm in it for the long haul, and I'm not recording any weight that I haven't maintained for a few days. There's no straining toward a goal now, just a slow, steady ride. Thanks!
