Went to a Halloween Party and went WAYYYYYYYYY over my points. At least I didn't gain. As of yesterday morning I had gained 2 pounds but I weighed tonight and I lost those 2 pounds. I am still on this rollercoaster and I want off!!!!!!

I went way over my points on Wednesday too! Blames training day at work, but then I could have made wiser eating choices. Just keep at it... feels a slow process sometimes, but we will make it!! :o)
