Diario de eightpac, 18 sep. 16

Increased my food intake all day yesterday and drank water like hell even though my water is normal. Trying to eat carefully whilst revving up my metabolism. Last time I did it I kept eating with no control introducing some vices like ice-cream and rebounded. But this time I am writing it all down so I am accountable to myself, I do not forget and can reflect on issues before they become problems. My body is still sore from last week(too much exercise). I had no energy this morning whatsoever it was like 1 out of 8 I guess consequences of last 8 weeks. I had a huge healthy breakfast 812 calories. I was happy all I chose was poached eggs, salmon, avocado, mushrooms, baked beans and bacon (probably poor choice) and ate this over looking the sea was really good. Will relax and recover for the rest of the day. Sleep eat, Sleep eat. No more gym till Wednesday so should be enough time for a full recovery.
123,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 30,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 36,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
