I know you know this, but get some foods that you can snack on for very few points like tangerines. I actually snacked on cold asparagus spears the other day - and they were good! It helps to make a list of things you enjoy doing and then when you are tempted to eat, you might do something you enjoy and take your mind off eating. Be patient with yourself - one day at a time.
