Week 3 of 3rd 6 wks, SUCCESS, 137.4, 36.7% body fat, 82.6% musc mass, trace ketones,60 min level 7 elliptical.

Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner salmon salad, 2 glasses chardonnay.

So, 9 'extras' and I am the dame weight at the end of the week as at the beginning of the week. Interesting. Also missed a couple of days of exersize due to travel schedule. My waist measurement continues to decrease, despite my weight reamining the same. I think I'll do more of the same this week.1q2
