Diario de eightpac, 19 ago. 16

All going good. Diet is perfect. I am getting at least 130g of protein per day so thats good.

I am now going to concentrate more on Cardio but will still do weights. My aim is to lose another 10kg this month and I will do it. After that 10 more then I may consider slowing down.

I now want to make a life long habit of waking up in the morning to run or just walk as well as sleeping on time.
133,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 20,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 46,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
