Hanging in there - building a fence outside and working long hours - no alcohol- for me that's super tough when my husband is home - I love cold beer. Made a commitment to only have two cups a day and only water to drink. Going back up was really discouraging - but deserved because you get what you put in... see you tomorrow

I love beer too. Had to nix it. I'll have some sometimes but I'm soooo over it thankfully. U will be fine w o it!!

So far so good :) always helps to know there are people out there not drinking everyday - working at a pub its very difficult - seems so normal. But I really want to succeed this time.
