Happy with weight loss. Slept on time for the first time in long time. I left for bootcamp at 6:15am and by the time we were 10mins into it I knew that I was the most unfit person there.

I will continue to work hard.
136,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 17,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 49,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Everyone one of those people there would have felt the same at some time and new people will come that will be in the same boat. You went and you did the class. Well done.
