I have come to act as though I can eat as many carbs as I want and not work out and remain thin. Wrong. So, with this weight and measurements, I am now bound and determined to go back to my ways of eating and working out that left me feeling good about myself and healthy.
Day 1 is today.
64,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Thank you! I shall! I did really well so far today. I even did what I used to for exercise, a 4.25 mile walk at an incline in 1 hour. In a moment, I shall do 10 minutes of jumping jacks. Don't want to. But jumping jacks feel much better than clothes that are way too tight. Yes?
